Welcome to Jonathan's Essentials! I am thrilled to have you here! Below you'll find everything you need to know about the shipping process.
Please know that I do not, nor will I at any time, have physical access to any products that are ordered and placed from my store, as products that are ordered and placed, will be coming directly from a warehouse.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Domestic Shipping:
- Standard (5-7 business days): $5.00
- Expedited (2-3 business days): $15.00
- International Shipping:
- Standard (7-21 business days): $25.00
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond my control.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
- You can track your order using the link provided in the email or by visiting Shopify.com for the product that you ordered, and entering your tracking number. I then will go to my distributor, and investigate where your order is, and provide as much details as possible to expedite the shipping process.
Shipping Restrictions
- Orders are only shipped to addresses within the United States at this time.
- I am unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact me immediately at either Massageboy2017@yahoo.com, or at SRosdestvom@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. I will work with you to the best of my ability to resolve your issue.
- I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance. As fore-stated, all products that are ordered from my store are being shipped directly from a warehouse.
